G.I. Joe Cobra (including the Tomax/Xamot one shot) was so astoundingly surprising, even for a life long G.I. Joe fan such as myself. Turning a comic about Chuckles, arguably the most inept of Hasbro's licensed action figures, into 2009's most tightly written espionage comic was no small feat. The book was such a success that it christened a sequel. Christos Gage and Mike Costa had a huge set of expectations this time out and yet, somehow, leaped right over them. The pick up where the last series left off, as General Hawk recruits a new undercover agent whose sole job is to extract Chuckles from the grips of Cobra. Antonio Fuso is back on the art chores, and we're the better for it.
