*ahem* This was terrible. Like, a lot.
This story is about Heatwave going after Firestorm who is no longer bonded or something like that. I think that's because Heatwave himself wants to bond with Firestorm - I can't completely figure out Heatwave's motivations because I can't find the story buried under the piles of dungy dialog. But here's what I think why. Because Heatwave likes fire. And Firestorm has fire in his name and has kind of like fire powers but really it's actually the power to transmute. So yeah. Anyway, Cyborg stops Heatwave but Heatwave distracts Cyborg with tropes. Eventually, Heatwave accidently blows himself up and is sent to prison. Blah blah blah, hoodlum talk, fisticuffs, lifeless artwork, Hall of Doom, Plastic Man shows up to break Heatwave out of prison, the end. Thankfully.

I can certainly see how people would care for this issue. For me, it was a very “ok” issue. Nothing spectacular although I did like the art in the opening action sequence. Other than that there’s nothing much else that stands out.
I meant to say “I can certainly see how people WOULDN’T care for this issue.”
Thanks for reading and commenting Keith. It gets lonely in the review section sometimes. 🙂
