Did anyone ever think that there would be an optimistic Batman book ? Not after all the dark and gloomy 80s I figured Bruce Wayne was going to the poster child for maladjusted vigilantes forever . Leave it to Grant Morrison to change all of that . He writes a wonderfully optimistic yarn that …dare I say …that  leaves  the future looking much brighter in the bat world . Something that I think fans have been clamoring for since all the Frank Miller wannabes decided to make Bruce Wayne into the Bat Nazi .

  This book is exactly what The Road Home event should have been . It is chock full of action , engaging characters , and damn good art . David Finch has unleashed a whole new level of awesomeness in this book .Someone find this man a monthly book in the DCU cause he is all kind of great .

 For those of you who have fallen off the Bat Wagon this is the perfect book to get you back on . Great story and equally impressive art  you could not ask for a better book .
