I've always loved the idea of reincarnation, especially when it comes to superheroes.  It show that they're mortal in body, but the concept lives on through the next to inherit the names.  It seems that this is the case with Nightwing and Flamebird, who I am still new to.  As a matter of fact, when I first read about them, I thought Nightwing was Dick Grayson.  Now I realize they're Kryptonians. 

This entire mythos that DC is creating with the four combined titles is incredible.  The individual issues and the story as a whole completely satisfy my desire for a thick and well thought out story.

It appears that Flamebird has found a manifestation of her power when she becomes enraged, and when it does?  Get the fuck out of the way. 

Great book with an intriguing back-up story that will definitely make future books even better.
