January 16, 2013 – Batman #16
January 17, 2013 1:59 pm Everyone, we need to pretend we're not terrified of Alfred's head being in that platter. Synder is everywhere and he is watching. If he knows how much it'll upset us he'll do it for sure.

You Tell Us: Who is Your Definitive Batman Artist? [Update]
January 10, 2013 5:10 pm If I'm picking just one, I'm going with Jim Lee. Maybe it's a predictable choice, but I dare say there's a reason for that. He captures the predatory nature of Batman. He gets both the raw muscular power and the lithe agility. His Batman can slip into the shadows like a wraith, leaving only the eyes and furious furrowed brow peering out, and come flying out ready to wreck anything in his path. And no one does the cape quite like him. It's not just a hanging piece of cloth when Lee draws it. It's twists and writhes like its alive, helping turn a man into a creature of the night. Many truly great artists have had marvelous takes on the Dark Knight, but the Batman in my head will always be Jim Lee's.

DEATHMATCH #1
January 2, 2013 3:33 am The first issue is interesting enough and the art is solid, but I think it may be a bit early yet to make a judgement about the title.

‘Arrow’ – S01E06 – “Legacies”
November 15, 2012 1:32 am Whenever I talk about this show with my friends I always insist on calling it Green Arrow and saying it takes place in Star City. I don't know what this "Arrow" and "Starling City" business is about.

I, VAMPIRE #13
October 29, 2012 5:50 pm This is a book that gets judged by it's cover a lot, I think. And the covers are truly awful, which sucks because the stories and art within are fantastic. The really should just let Sorrentino do the covers as well as the interiors. It really is a crying shame that more people aren't reading and talking about I, Vampire.
