    July 19, 2012 8:56 pm I agree with you though that Marvel's effort at San Diego was a little "half-assed". I looked at their signing schedule and didn't see a single "must have" signing. Having said that, DC rocked the house with their top tier talent. The DC panels were some of the best I've seen in several years. Lots of indie creators were in attendance too. The con is expanding (physically) in lots of directions for even non-badge holders and bringing tons of new opportunity to see creators. Awesome is about 6 steps down from my con experience.
