Per some deal with Fox, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch can be in a Marvel Studios movie, as long as they're not referred to as mutants or the children of Magneto. Likewise, Fox can use the characters, but can't make mention of their Avengers history.

May 4, 2012 4:01 am Ruffalo signed a 6-film deal. So we'll probably get at least one standalone.

May 4, 2012 4:00 am Definitely hope he's alive somehow. I think Fury stealing the Cap cards from Coulson's locker and bloodying them up helps that belief somehow.

Lost & Found: Marvel’s RUNAWAYS
April 26, 2012 5:54 pm I asked Daniel Ketchum about this very thing at C2E2, and all he could say, more or less, is that they have a bunch of ideas on the books regarding the team, but they're waiting for the availability of the writer and artist that they way. Also, he also wishes that cliffhanger at the end of the last run (Chase in the emergency room, some girl out there who looks an awful lot like Gert), which has been pretty much ignored by now, could have been properly resolved.

April 25, 2012 9:24 pm That said, what if Nick Fury was a code name as well, and they revealed the guy's real name at the end?

April 25, 2012 9:23 pm Yeah, honestly, that would've been better than shoe-horning in that his birth name was Nick Fury Jr., like they did on the 2nd to last page. And Cheese was Coulson this whole time.

April 25, 2012 9:20 pm @Ian they reveal in that last panel that Marcus was born Nicolas Fury Jr. So he is officially "Black Nick Fury" for the 616.
@WacoKid Steve apparently has placed him in charge of S.H.I.E.L.D. Guess he'll stay Cap now and doesn't need the suit anymore.
@redlibertyx His eye was taken out in issue 5 (or was it 4?). Anyway, it was Orion who had it done.
Also, there's no way Fury's not going to get the Infinity Formula back in him at some point down the road.
