June 1, 2011 5:41 pm So right now I buy mostly DC titles from my LCs.  I get a 25% discount because of how many comics I buy (around 25/month 15 of them DC plus trades)  So if the D&D are priced at 2.99 it doesn't save me any money to switch.  Unless the price point is at 1.99 switching just doesn't make dollars and sense for me.  At 1.99 it would also allow me to pick up a couple of extra titles.

May 11, 2011 5:40 pm For me the price drop has helped.  I had to cut my comics budget in half over the past few months and the $2.99 an issue price for DC saved alot of those titles (mainly Batman titles) from the chopping block.  I still eventually read all I want from borrowing from my buddies collections, but am buying only ASM from Marvel.

February 1, 2011 8:53 am I had actually dropped this title after the first 5 but have picked up this last arc because it has been really good.  Solid 4 star stuff for the last few issues

January 29, 2011 6:33 am This actually changed my mind.  Was not excited before but will be picking it up now.  And I will freely admit I was one of the guys in the 90s that got sucked into the original Venom comics.

Wikipedia says it's Dick and that makes sense seeing that it's the first Teen Titanesc team but they seem to be playing him more like Tim which again makes sense as it is with Superboy and Miss Martian.  All they would have to do is call Wally, Bart and it would be correct in that way.  Seeing that this is a different continuity though, I'm good with it all.  Just want more.

November 10, 2010 8:19 pm I think what a lot of people are forgetting is that JMS does not work exclusively on comics and Hollywood does take a good chunck of his time as well.  I for one am sad to see him leave WW amd possibly TB&TB and so-so on him leaving Superman, but I'm glad he is still doing Earth One stuff.
