June 2, 2014 12:08 am Ok, I just need to ask. Conor, what was the casino story? You got kicked out?
September 11, 2013 11:32 am I have been out of the country so I couldn't get a chance to post. Thank you for the podcast and for continuing the podcast. I started listening when Augie from CBR mentioned it on his old podcast. You guys helped me get back into the love of comics and I appreciate all the hard work on the website. There will be things I will miss from the website but as long the podcast is still going strong, you guys make me look forward to the trip to the LCS.
August 23, 2013 11:55 am After giving some thought about this casting choice, this is really a Superman movie with Batman guest starring. You never see the starring character getting outshined by the guest star. Every time I noticed Wolverine guest starring a Punisher comic, the Punisher never gets killed off when they are fighting with each other. Right now, Batman is movie king and Superman needs a opportunity to take the mantle. I liked Argo but Ben Affleck was not a good actor (very cut and dry, maybe intentional) in that movie. Superman might be more emotional and Batman more serious, It might work but the dialogue needs to bring it out.
January 24, 2013 11:38 am You will be missed. Please visit when you can with your great laugh.
January 11, 2013 3:20 pm I am voting for Jim Lee.
May 4, 2012 9:16 pm I saw it in 3-D and I did not like it. The separations made it look cartoony. The Spider-man trailer looked really good in 3-D. I think the cameras they use makes a difference. Amazing Spider-man is using RED cameras and the way Spider-man swings in the backgrounds looks seamless. My recommendation is watch it in 2-D first.
March 14, 2012 7:18 pm That book got me back into drawing comics again. It is the only BKV I want to get signed.
March 10, 2012 10:14 am This is so sad, I'm rediscovering his work with Incal and other works finally coming to the US. He will be missed.
