February 5, 2011 10:07 am I will say that there is a difference in being enthusiastic for comics...which I am and being enthusiastic about the direct market method of distribution...which I am not.

As I said, this is the best time to be a fan - EVER. It is time to stop looking to the direct market as the way people are going to get their comics, because for me the Direct Market is just about the silliest distribution system for entertainment in history.

January 11, 2011 2:52 pm @wangman31888  No it was not. Kirby elected to take a lower selling title. These Jimmy Olsen stories were running concurrently with his other Fourth World books. These Jimmy Olsen stories are the first place we see Darkseid.
