August 12, 2012 8:49 pm Unfortunately his work is amongst the vast that I have put in the "get to it someday" category. Here's hoping DC and other publishers keep his oeuvre in print so that I and others can enjoy the legacy he has left behind. The fact that he was still working until recent weeks is an inspiration.

July 20, 2012 11:28 am I hope no one is upset by some people's response that guns, particularly the kind used in this tragedy, should be made harder to come by. If you are able to step back and examine the situation, it is a perfectly logical reaction. It's a thought, an expression of grief, not necessarily just politicizing.
July 20, 2012 11:21 am No one of the ways to defend against a gun attack is to get "inside" the weapon. That said, the other valid one is to run like hell. The key is that if someone felt capable of defending, they should have, if most of the people did not, it is more than okay that they did not.

July 10, 2012 6:28 pm Most minis, including MAX, have "(of #)" in the solicits. Solicits for FuryMAX do not. If I remember correctly the word "miniseries" has not been said in any of the texts. No issue in October may just be to let the creative team have some time.
July 10, 2012 6:01 pm In all this talk of numbering, canceling, booting, and launching, the real headline has been missed. WE GET ONE MORE ISSUE OF BRUBAKER AND EPTING ON CAP! YAY!!
July 10, 2012 5:50 pm Where do you see anything printed saying FuryMAX is a mini? I'd call it an ongoing with a limited shelf-life, but it hasn't been billed as a mini.
July 10, 2012 5:33 pm Wow. I always try to keep one or two minis on my pull list at all times to scratch my Star Wars itch, but I don't think I will need any others while this is being published.
July 5, 2012 7:46 pm I've only read 1.5 of the other four selections, but "A Fire In The Night" is my favorite Magneto story. I'll back up what Chris wrote about how powerful a story it is. It can be found in the Vignettes vol. 2 collection, possibly out if print, but probably easier to find than the issue.
