Technically, the art in this book is very good.  I can tell it took a lot of talent.  But it looks like a Pixar Manga where somebody sharpied all the backgrounds black, and then tried to press their red crayon into as many cool places as possible.  It just felt…*inarticulate gutteral bwotwargalolop*

The story was pretty good, as the team continues to track down The Leper Queen who’s been infecting mutant with a new strain of The Legacy Virus which enhances a mutant’s power to the point of it killing them, and everyone around them.  In this issue, they reveal three other mutants who are infected and to be used as living weapons.  We also see a conversation between Soorya and Donald Pierce that they either already showed in this book, or they showed it in Young X-Men.  If it’s the latter, Kyle & Yost do a great job of tearing an important scene from a (now cancelled) inferior X-book, and making it relevant to the X-Universe.
