While the quality of the featured story is typical of the modern “What if last week’s big event went the other way” format, the real treat is the bonus features.  Stan’s What If story is probably his best work in decades and I loved the interview with What If mastermind Roy Thomas and reading about the favorite issues of many of today’s most popular creators.  This is how you do an anniversary issue! (Other than the mediocre lead story, of course.)
