God I hate Ultimatum.

 I hate it almost as much as I hate the
characterization of the Ultimate Fantastic Four.

The fact there is less
of a family dynamic so much as a snappy spiderman feel for each of
these characters diminishes the uniqueness of them. Instead of 4 different characters with differing strengths, it just came off like 4 Peter Parkers with different powers.

 This felt more like
the movie than the comic, in that Ben and Johnny were written more solidly,
but Reed and Sue were given emotional turmoil that was supposed to add
dimensions, but instead just made them seem alternately petulant and
whiny.

The art was very mediocre. I’ve never seen Dormammu look so
visually bland before.
