After Jeph Loeb destroyed the Ultimate universe with "Ultimatum", I told myself I was done with the Ultimate books.  But lo and behold I started buying Ultimate Spider Man when it relaunched (Lafuente rules!), and even got suckered into buying Millar's first Ultimate Avengers story arc.  Now I must add another Ultimate book to my pull list after reading Hickman's latest issue of Ultimate Thor.  Once I saw Carlos Pacheco's cover for this book at my LCS I flipped through it and was amazed by his interior artwork.  If anything buy this book for the art, it's that good.  Hickman tells an interesting, yet sometimes uneven, origin of the Ultimate Thor.  After reading the original Ultimates series back in the day, the new Thor that was introduced was a very interesting new take on the character.  Now I am glad to see that he is going to get a proper origin story that not only involves a badass scene of Mjollnir being crafted by Odin, but also Baron Zemo and Nazis invading Asgard.  Count me in.
