What I like about the Ultimate line is the general statement made by the writers and editors:
“Let’s see what happens when we do this?”
Most of the time it’s been an incredible journey. Even though I know outside of the Ultimate imprint the ideas are insane they’re exciting and fresh inside the books themselves.

Humphries was an excellent choice to continue the roller coaster ride of outlandish “I don’t give a damn” kind of writing that has made the Ultimate books so great. I hope the level of excellence and excitement can remain as high as the editors seem to be for allowing these stories to make it to print because I’m having a blast!
