Oh what the hell? Really Bendis? You spend damn near a decade building
the relationship between MJ and Pete and then this? God. If this book
wasn’t so good, I’d probably consider dropping it. This was a pretty
good book except for one page that makes my nerd rage boil. I loved the
fact the cops are finally giving him some bit of respect. I absolutely
loved how the Kingpin was handled. I wonder if Pete could get the
rights to his likeness again. The art was pretty good. It really fit
for the stuff outside of costumes, but seemed to be lacking something
inside. Pete looked like he was in pajamas and the back pack didn’t
help at all. It was a good issue and the ending was great.
