And they call me the master of lies? Ha! In this story, the head liar spins a tale in which Loki is not a giant or a god, but a poor, pathetic vagabond left behind after the Norse God Odin’s slaughter of a defenseless village. Well, I won’t deny that the highfather is cruel and sadistic enough to wipe out a village and then take the lone survivor as his own son. But then the artist (and I use the term loosely) portrays me as a puny whelping who seems to idolize Odin. Lies! All lies! And not even good ones like mine.

When will they come out with Loki’s search for Odin? Never, for I would never search for that mother-befouling pathetic old beard.

So says Loki!
