Wasn’t sure if I should get this, but the Phantom Stranger is my favorite C-Lister, so I had to give issue zero a try.

A GREAT story from Didio (yes, I said it) – probably a HEAVY collaboration with the rest of editorial – ties together a lot of the new DCU in ways that will be familiar to older readers, but with some new twists.

The Spectre, Pandora, The Question, all being connected as a unified whole. I just loved it. The implication of the 30 pieces of silver (Judas) is interesting to me – I just can’t wait to see where this goes.

Workmanlike art served the story well without getting in the way. Not fabulous, but a good enough to get the job done.

Hopefully, we won’t see that cancelled with only half the story being told.

Story: 4 - Very Good
Art: 3 - Good
