Issue 22 is the start of a new arc named City Fall. Slightly inspired by the City at War arc at the end of the Mirage run, City Fall, like all IDW TMNT, is so far is working with all things turtles and making them their own. Shredder fresh off the events in Secret History of the Foot Clan, unleashes a devious plan that brings destruction and misdirection around several turns. The foot and its leadership looks more than dangerous than ever, and this newest arc looks to be one of, if not the best we have seen yet.
