Gave this book a 3 star rating because it didn't blow my socks off but it kept me interested in seeing Issue #1. The artist made up for his Catwoman cover debacle with some pretty great art here. I want this book to succeed since The Court of Owls is a great new DC villain; but I also want a new hero that can stand on their own and tell a good story. So far this seems to be your usual The Fugitive story arc, but I'd like to see how Calvin Rose also brings in the woman and kid he appears to be protecting going forward.
