I just don’t understand people who are not reading this book or even worse people who have tried it and not cared for it. In the hands of any other writer, this particular story arch would have been nothing more than an exploitive revenge story. There is a twist at the end of this story, that I am sure will have far reaching consequences, not just for Shunka, but for those stupid enough to cross him.

The only reason this book was not my POW, was the art. There was nothing inherently wrong with the art, other than it was not R.M. Guerra, whom I miss terribly when he is taking a break. Scalped is, without a doubt my favorite comic being published. If you haven’t tried it yet, pick up the first trade and be prepared for a new addiction.
