Down time. Every well meaning management knows the importance of having a well placed down time amongst the endless parade of deadlines to keep up with. Mr. Vaughan sure knows how to make use of leisure time if ask me. In this “chapter” we get to know a bit more about on of the characters in the story. (we dont know yet if he is a protagonist or antagonist) His character was given more color by Mr. Vaughan by showing us where he is, what his preferences are and what he believes in. Most other writers out there might use some slight exposition in these situations but not our Saga writer. The dialogue is well delivered and wonderfully back dropped by Razel’s naration. This is a fine way to narate any story, sparse and moves the reader to next scene while at the same time giving character and context to the narator and story. Some of the full page splashes and page turns are very very impactful. (especially the last page)

The art is top notch and Ms. Staples is clearly a master in expressions whether it be from our protagonists or from our many alien faces.

Quality Inspection: Pass with outstanding remarks on story and art.
