While Greg Rucka's run on Punisher has been my favorite Punisher I've read and has been visually amazing with Checchetto and Hollingsworth, this issue's art made me check the front cover to see if I had the right book. The story was excellent, especially with the Thor/Punisher beer moment, and finding out that Cap was giving Frank a motivational speech through Thor was a great scene. The art, with exception to the sweet Thor lightning effect and several explosions, was a huge let down. There didn't seem to be a lot of consistency and body images/angles were tweaked. However, I can't draw stick figures with consistency, so I gave it an Average on a Comic Book Artist scale.
