Having no prior history with this title, or it’s creative team, I gave Prophet #21 a shot after Paul recommended this issue Twitter. Although this is issue number 21, it actually felt like a first issue.

The best way I can describe this book is that it is somewhat of a fantasy hero quest story set in a distant future version of Earth. Sure, there are similarities to Kimandi, yet the world of Prophet seems well thought out and original. Plus this book is filled with innovative creatures and settings. If you are looking for something unique and in a Sci-Fi vein, you may want to give it a shot.
