I have to say I enjoyed the first issue of this series. It does a good job setting the ground work for what’s to come. I thought that the Fiona Staples’ art was terrific in expressing the brutality of the situation. I thought it felt like there might be too many characters, so I haven’t really found one that I identify with. Although I am enjoying the waitress that develops some sort of sight power (maybe it psychic powers?). Plus who knows who is going to survive this story. I’m going to add this one to my pull list and enjoy where Aaron Williams is leading me.
