I’ve always been a fan of the magic characters in the Marvel U and now it appears that the great Brian Michael bendis is finally showing some love to those characters. The story is keeping me interested with Doctor strange looking for the new sorcer supreme with the new avenger being some what a comic relief to the strange and seriousness to the doctors quest. Plus, me being a magic geek I get a kick out of all those magical battles. I’m also very interested to see if Bendis will continue with the idea of making the Doctor and Wiccan student and teacher.

In truth the only problem I have is the dual artist on the book.  I understood why they wanted two different artist, but The styles of Billy Tann and  CHRIS BACHALO are too different and I belive it makes Bashalo art look worst compares to Tann. They could have just done Tanns art black and white to highlight the magical battles.

 Whether it be wiccan  finally showing his talents or damian hellstorm actually being in a regular Marvel book this arc is shaping up to being one of the best in 2009.
