This was painful to read, seeing my life over again in comic form like this. This was a horrible time in my life, having my testicles electrocuted. Trust me, you've never felt anything as bad as this. (I kind of wish they hadn't shown me pissing myself, but hey it happened)
Millar & Romita Jr. once again captured my life in a breath-taking way. The art and pacing is phenomenal. Notice how JRJR gets my facial expressions down like nothing you've seen in any other comic.
Yet as bad as it was to live through, I look back on it as a time when I truly empowered myself for the first time in my life. I loved this comic. (Though I wish I had gone back to get that briefcase full of comics. How was I so freaking stupid?! They're gone now, oh well. At least I can read them online)
