  1. I completely agree. Guy Gardner needs to be in the JLI.

  2. Guy may need to be retconned from his current evolution to be like he was in the past.  Not as much of an @$$ as in the 90s.

  3. @jcoleman Are you sure you’re not thinking of ’80s Guy? Warrior was…a problematic series, to put it mildly, but the whole reason Guy is able to not be the same person he was in the ’80s is because his stupid Warrior powers fixed his brain damage.

    In either case, though, I don’t think Guy would need to regress to being a full-time jerkass in order to fit in with the JLI. One of the things I really loved about JLGL is that it painted the JLI as, basically, a competent super-team full of mature people. Modern!Guy would fit in well.
