Mark Waid has given us a great concept with this title.Banner has finally realized that A.the Hulk is not going away, and B.he is on par intellectually with the Tony Starks and Reed Richards of the Marvel U.Only problem is he never gets to work on anything because he is usually on the run.So Banner has traded the Hulk’s services to S.H.I.E.L.D. as their attack dog,in return for getting to use their resources to help better humanity.

This issue sees Banner getting dumped in a A.I.M lair,in order to stop their newest technological threat.By issues end we see that Maria Hill has put together a group of assistants for Banner and has saddled him with R.O.B,a robotic device that is assigned to spend every moment with Banner/Hulk,and record everything.Banner doesn’t approve, which leads to one of the funniest last panel/ teaser for next issue I have read in a long time.
