@JoeCom summed this book up nicely in his review so I won’t post what I’d originally written – go read his review and you’ll largely get mine. But I will add one thing. Anyone who says there are few new, original ideas in comics needs to pick this book up; it’s absolutely stuffed with them. Skrull bacteria. Kree “Thermophile Lithometallovore … biosphere killers.” The aforementioned Ego/Wolverine hybrid. On one page Warren counts down a half-dozen of the twenty-five extinction-level events Galacta deals with in one day, and five of the six are 1) unique; and 2) worthy of an entire book (or story arc) of their own. More entertaining ideas on one page than many writers produce in a year. Amazing, amazing stuff.

Thirty-one pages of story and art, two page gallery of development art, and seven pages of Galacta’s tweets. A ton of great content for four bucks.

Go get this book.

Story: 5 - Excellent
Art: 4 - Very Good
