This book was $3.99? Really? $3.99? Dammit DC, why do you do this to me? I was all excited to get a couple of cool flash stories, which would make me even more excited for the series re-launch. Unfortunately, this book was a primer and only a primer for people that haven't read the Flash before. Half of the book is a Flash character book and the other is a useless story that gives new readers a window into the current Flash status quo. If this was $1 or free, Id give DC a pass but at $3.99 DC has to give me more value than this. After some deliberation, I increased the art score because the art is pretty darn good. Im taking out the lack of value here on the story alone because there is no category for being ripped off.
