What’s wrong with this comic? Let me count the ways:

1) Terrible jokes

2) Waste of time introducing characters that most die the next panel. Seriously we are introduced to these contestants and most of them die within one page.

3) Benson has no idea how to write Deadpool.

4) Didnt realise Deadpool was such a horn dog.

5) Weird pacing.

6) Terrible ending (or non ending)

7) Ugly pencils

8) Even uglier colors

9) There is no 9

10) This annual proves that not only should Benson stay away from Deadpool, but should never write a Marvel comic ever again. It’s like he wasnt even trying. So It’s Daniel Way-1, Other writers-0….Next up is Andy Diggle.

    This was awful in every conceivable way.

    @ TheNextChampion– I always wanted to get into this character, but missed the boat. What Trade would you recommend thats a  solid fun read?

    @Jesse: Well they just did a reprint of ‘Deadpool Classic’ with some Joe Kelly work in there. I’d recommend that.

    The ‘Cable & Deadpool’ series is out in trade as well. So definitely pick that up. Finally, the recent run with Way/Medina is on it’s first HC titled ‘Secret Invasion’.

    Anything with Kelly, Neicieza, or Way on the book for creative team; it’s money to pick up.
