“Who cares about Deadpool right?”
That seems to be the theme behind the one of Marvel’s cult characters right now, and this book seems to reinforcing that theme. However, I just jumped on this title, so maybe my opinion is a bit premature.
Knowing that Deadpool lost his healing factor 2 issues ago, I wanted to see Way take this character to a new level, but he hasn’t. And if he IS planning on something, he sure is taking his sweet time.
Though, one thing I do like is Crystal’s art. I think he’s making this book LOOK fun. Now we just got to get Way to match that feel.
This last two issues have been forgettable, with a forgettable arc. I understand that some arcs don’t have to be mind blowing or revolutionary, but I think I have the right to expect a Deadpool title to be a good ride.
