If you would have told me Ares, The God of Ares – badass among badass, the dude wouldn’t take sh-t from anybody – under all that rough exterior and persona is really a big O’ softy for his son, Phobos, and in reality, just confused in a proper way a God should raise his son, I wouldn’t have believed you.

And I’m glad I read Brian Bendis and Jonathan Hickman’s Secret Warriors, or I would had no idea who those little kids were next to Nick Fury. Yeah, that would have been awkward.
