Mike McKone nailed this issue more than the first two FI: Spider-man.  In the previous issues Spidey was just trying to save as many people as possible, but in this issue he has to fight The Thing in a hospital.  Its brutal and scary and the art really adds to that sense of tension and fear.  Yost’s writing also really makes you want to be there to help Spidey.  This is one FI tie-in that succeeds and ends great.
