This is as good as a jumping on point is going to get. This issue does a good job of telling who they are and where they are mentally. Jason Aaron is a capable writer and the art is crispy! I really enjoyed how this issue pin points the ramifications of fear such as the actions they can make leaders take, even more so than the ever present flagship titles of Fear Itself.
