I thought this issue was pretty darn awesome. Plenty of fighting, and an engaging storyline. while I was a little upset with the last issue Brubaker has showed me that he's still got it. Brubaker successfully set up a seemingly no win scenario, creating a lot of suspense for the next issue which has been absent in a lot of recent comics. 

The highlight of this issue for me, was when Bucky Cap (Their are just so many Caps these days) tackles what he thinks is is 50's Cap only to find out that it is a Watchdog soldier in disguise, than outside their is about a hundred Watch dogs troops all aiming at Bucky. I thought that was just awesome.

The only thing that really bothered me was, and its just a minor complaint,  was the Falcons electric knuckles. Where did they come from, and why did he fell the need to use them. I think he was capable of beating just a few guys without it. In the Man who bought America arc (One of the most awesome story lines ever) The Falcon was beating up multiple AIM soldiers with ease, so why electric knuckles now. Oh well.
