At this point in the series, people either like it or they don’t.  I like it.  Maybe because this is the only title still actively dealing with The Messiah Complex fallout.

They do sort of reveal who the baby is in this issue, making her the first 2009 red reveal (take that, Jeph Loeb’s Rulk).  It won’t change your life.  But it was still a fun trip.

I’m also really enjoying Olivetti’s art for this title.  He clearly wanted to draw him some more Zorak (his Space Ghost run changed my comic life), so he asked Swierczynski to throw him some insectile overlords, and the big S (I can’t conceivably spell his name correct twice in the same paragraph) delivered.

The first arc came out in trade last week, and, at least here in Mass, there are plenty of the recent issues kicking around.  Pick it up.  It’s 100% Liefeld free.

Story: 4 - Very Good
Art: 5 - Excellent
