This was a solid read I found myself more accepting of things that bother me in the first issue it makes wish there was 3.5 ratings option for the story.

Things that I enjoyed most:
The conflict between Jaime and the Scarab.
Villians that they are setting up.

The only negative thing about this issue is the spanish at times took me out of the story. By all means Tony Bedard should keep using that element of the character the best way he sees fit it just makes me wish I had learned more spanish High School or at least had friends with spanish American heritage.
