  1. and again, I clicked a “3” for the art and it ended up as a “1”. I believe there is a giltch in the iFanboy system.

  2. Glad to hear you didn’t think the art was a “1”, but even a “3” seems low to me…I thought the book was gorgeous. As for story, you didn’t enjoy the interplay between Etrigan and Batman? I thought it was pretty neat. And I thought there was some shock value there that Batman didn’t save the day….for me this book was a 3-5 or a 4-5. I haven’t read it 1-5 like you did, I should. Good review, even if I liked the book a lot more than you.

    I agree with basically all that you’ve said here – the sparse splash pages, the delays killing the storyline, etc. I’m kind of at a loss in understanding comments/reviews from folks who seemed to really dig this issue/series.
