Decent enough. I wish I wasn’t so cynical about the fact they’re
positioning the villains that aren’t too far gone into  a place they
can be anti heroes, a concept that was played out about midway through
the 90s. Of course, since this story is just a fancy rehash of
Knightfall, I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised. I like the changes
they’ve implimented with Nigma. I wish he’d get rid of the green
blazer, but other than that, he works well as a detective. Quinn has
never been evil so much as misguided, so her redemption makes a little
bit of sense. Catwoman hasn’t been a villain since the late 80s. Ivy,
on the other hand, has killed a lot of people. I mean a lot. In No
Man’s Land alone she killed like 30. I wish the artist didn’t rely so
heavily on Batman Returns for his Penguin reference material. I know
he’s a mob boss now, but it could have looked different and had a nicer
effect. Not a bad issue, but nothing too amazing. 7/10
