“Jason Todd!” “Jason” JASON TODD!” That was the thing that stuck with me the most from this book, characters running around screaming Jason Todd or talking about Jason Todd. I hope this is a Red Herring and something super crazy happens here and this gun totting Batman isn’t “Jason Todd!”. I have some hope because “Jason Todd!” never responded directly saying “Yes this is Jason.”

The redeeming parts were Black Mask, some B listers and the art. I have freakin loved the Black Mask since War Games and pop a Fanboner any time he appears. Plus we get some uses for Mr. Zsasz and Jane Doe which is always cool.

The art is awesome, dark but not muddy and we get a cackling full paged Black Mask while Gotham burns which is nice.
