I think across the board, the bat-fam creative teams are having a lot of fun
without Batman and Batgirl is a great example of
what you can do when you focus in on other characters. This book is immersed in the Bat-world, stays true to Gotham and the Bat-fam without being derivative or co-dependent. The elevator pitch? Ultimate Spider Man set in the world of Batman & Robin. It has that USM humor and sass (foreheadslap). There’s a panel joke with Damian that almost made me piss my pants (the omen). This issue explores a lot of the personal dynamics between Oracle, Batman, Batgirl and Robin.
