A solid, enjoyable read. Some of the Spider-Man bits felt like they were referring to ongoing continuity in ASM, which I don't get, so I can't comment on those. I enjoyed the script, although the were a few points that were left a bit vague, but overall, a fun story.
The art is quite reminiscent of Darwyn Cooke. At times it feels a bit slight, and there were one or two storytelling details that the art either did not quite convey or actually made more confused. The bit about picking up the handbag from security was a nice gag, but isn't she carrying the purple shoulder bag on the way in to the museum? All in all a very fun read, with a few minor points where the art and story just aren't really reinforcing each other, and a couple of forced-feeling, rushed moments. Definitely worth picking up, and the Amanda Conner cover is stunning.
I really like the Pulido art (I feel the tone is suitably noir, and as mentioned elsewhere, the Darwyn Cooke Catwoman reference is obvious), and I'm sure Amanda is enjoying doing covers after a year on Power Girl, but just looking at the cover makes my fanboy heart yearn for a Black Cat continuing monthly with Amanda Conner interiors. Drool, gush, twinkle-eyes, swoon.

Is there anyone who wouldn’t want to see the Black Cat in the next Spider-Man movie? But how can they include her as Spidey’s fuck buddy if Peter Parker is still a teen in high school? America ain’t ready to see that.
While it would be cool to see the balck cat in the next spider-man movie, I don’t think it is going to happen. She was suppose to be in the spider-man 4 movie that Sam Raimi was going to make, but since that isn’t happening anymore, I don’t think we will see her in movie form for awhile.
