Zeb Wells has done something on this storyarc that I never thought would happen, and that is to make me enjoy a Lizard story.  Although he is considered one of Spider-Man’s classic villians, the character never really clicked with me until now.  The adversarial mental relationship between Curt Connners and his Lizard personality is apparent through the narration boxes, which change in size for emphasis.  I love the reptilian voice that Wells writes.  Art wise, the book looks good in certain spots, but the multiple artists do not create a cohesive look, like the Martin/Pulido issues did.  That aside, the artists were given different story sections to do so it was not as jarring as it could have been.

Story: 5 - Excellent
Art: 4 - Very Good
