Amazing Spiderman #599 is the only $2.99 book I bought this week, damn! Thank God, I would cry if I had to pay $3.99 three times a damn month.
This whole American Son story was fun. I find it hard to believe that nobody has enough sense to figure out that Peter Parker is really Spiderman with 80 percent of his mask ripped off. There was one point where Spiderman was talking to Harry without even trying to hide his voice. Harry has to know.
So all and all American Son is a FUN arc to read from beginning to end. Just don't expect anything really special to happen.
