Yeah, this may actually be the best book I ever drop altogether. I stopped reading Superman: World of New Krypton because of how anticlimactic the ending was. It was written well, but each issue got harder and harder to follow and then ultimately never seemed to go anywhere. When that series ended I felt glad that I finished it, and at least I was done with all of this New Krypton nonsense. Well, not so fast apparently. Alot of stuff happens in this issue of Adventure comics. I don't know remotely how it all ties together and the only part of it that felt at all compelling was the lead off story with Brainiac 5. Compared to the rest of the issue that story at least felt like a complete mini-story. I didn't even mind particularly that it involved the legion of super-heroes. The rest of the issue though just felt like a flood on information that was just too inside baseball for me to follow. P.S. "If my calculations are correct - and they're always correct" Does Brainiac remind anyone else of Prince Humperdink.
