What needed to be corrected?
The book’s cover was for Manifest Destiny #5 – but inside was Spider-man/X-men #3.
Major cock-up. Across all copies.
I’m surprised nobody liked the art in this book. I haven’t kept up with the other issues but I thought the artwork was pretty good for a second-tier X-book.
Agreed that there was some pretty good art in this issue, but I thought that the stories were pretty average at best. I was really underwhelmed by the end to the Iceman/Mystique story – her character has become very one-note, and I was sorry to see that this was, in fact, set after Jason Aaron’s story. Couldn’t they have just left the character alone for a few years rather than rushing her back for such a meandering and pointless story?
