Oh and why does wolverine give two shits about the movie biz? Seriously, you’d think a guy who’s been mutilated by weapon x without his consent would have a broader scope on life.
That page with Wolverine in front of the theatre was FANTASTIC and timely.
@Mangaman The workprint of X-men Origins: Wolverine was leaked weeks in advance of the movie being finished. The movie was already not-great, but it being leaked without post production made it even less great and word of mouth turned sour quickly… Ultimately this probably hurt the box office for the flick…
Wolverine going off on a rant at a dude selling leaked scripts and workprint video is just a funny meta-gag.
Over all I liked this book quite a bit. Then again I like all the first class books. I was introduced to the X-Men via the cartoons of the early-mid 90’s and these books bring back those memories and that tone.
